OK机械生产标准2021

 

 

1.图纸标准 

所有机器要按照新美星设计的图纸标准生产，不得为了省钱更改。

Machine drawing standard

All machines shall be produced in accordance with the drawing standard designed by NEWAMSTAR,

and shall not be changed to save money.

 

 

    2.冲瓶夹子标准（铸件瓶夹更稳定耐用）

必须要用和新美星一样的不锈钢铸件冲配夹，不能为了省钱用加工件瓶夹。

Punching clip standard, must use the same stainless steel castings as NEWAMSTAR punching clip。

• You can't save money by using a workpiece bottle holder

 

 

3.灌装阀标准

灌装阀一定也用长阀，不要为省钱改用短阀。

• Filling valve must also use long valve, do not use short valve to save money.

 

 

4.旋盖头标准

用标准的旋盖头不要用便宜的旋盖头，为省钱设计的小旋盖头。

 

5.电气标准

空开 断路器：施耐德 （不用德力西）

热保护：施耐德

交流断路器： 施耐德

中间接触器：施耐德

PLC ： 三菱 /西门子 （不用国产PLC）

触摸屏 ：台湾维纶/西门子

变频器： 三菱/西门子 /台达（在前两个缺货时可以用台达）

配小变压器，输入电压变成只用3项火线，不用零线N

制定标准统一的灌装机电路图，便于以后按照维修。

Air breaker: Schneider ( no DLIXI )

Thermal protection: Schneider

Ac circuit breaker: Schneider

Intermediate contactor: Schneider

PLC: Mitsubishi/Siemens (without domestic PLC)

Touch screen: Taiwan Velen/Siemens

Inverter: Mitsubishi/Siemens/Delta (Delta can be used when the first two are out of stock)

 

 

6.轴承标准

哈尔滨轴承，NSK , SKF

一般大轴承用哈尔滨，小轴承全部用NSK 或者SKF ，不用国产(小轴承容易坏) 。

Machine bearings: NSK , SKF , HRB 

 

 

7.风道标准

用大的过滤罩，不要用小的代替。

• Use a large filter cover, not a small one.

8.输送标准

按照标准配输送，不要太短，影响生产

 

 

9.材料标准

所有材料用SUS304/316 , 不能用SUS202,203

• Use SUS304/316 for all materials, not SUS202,203

 

10.发货标准

用客户瓶样，瓶盖调试好之后，客户验好货之后发货。
装箱要对每个机器拍装箱照片，同时制作安装视频和照片。

With customer bottle sample, bottle cap adjustment, customer inspection after delivery.

Take packing photos of each machine, and make installation videos and photos.
