Filling machine gear calculation method

 

 

Dividing circle ÷ modulus = number of teeth

 

Number of gears X gear modulus = index circle

 

Modulus = is the tip circle -- distance to the indexing circle = distance between the center of the indexing circle

 

288-(2 x 4)=280÷4=70 teeth

 

Module: 1-1.25-1.5-2-2.5-3-4-5-6-8-10-12

 

18-6 Filling tooth tip circle 848-2X4 (module) =840 root circle ÷4 (module) =210 teeth

 

18-6 Filling 210 teeth (index circle 840),

 

24-6 Filling 280 teeth (index circle 1120),

齿轮个数 X 齿轮模数 = 分度圆

模数= 是齿顶圆—到—分度圆距离 = 分度圆 齿心距
