Carbonated beverage products refer to beverages filled with carbon dioxide gas under certain conditions, including carbonated beverages, inflatable sports drinks and other specific varieties, excluding beverages produced by the fermentation process itself.

The content of carbon dioxide in the finished product (volume multiple at 20℃) is not less than 2.0 times. Between 2.5-3.5, high-multiple Coke around 3.5-3.8.

 

The unit of dissolved carbon dioxide is g/L, and 1 volume is equal to about 2g /L. That means carbonated beverages have no less than 4 g/L of carbon dioxide and a 500 mL bottle of carbonated beverages has 2 g of carbon dioxide and of course this is the minimum

Many are higher than that

The unit of dissolution used in Europe is g/L, and 1 volume is equal to about 2g/L. For example, a 250ml soda, if the cold water contains 3 times the volume of CO2, then each bottle of soda contains 1.5 g of CO2.

China's standard is the volume multiple at 20℃; Cola type soda is 3.0, and fruit juice type is 2.5. The gas capacity at different temperatures can be converted according to the table of carbonate gas absorption coefficient.

Two times means two atmospheres. So 2.5 times, that's 2.5 atmospheres.

 

碳酸饮料类产品是指在一定条件下充入二氧化碳气的饮料，包括碳酸饮料、充气运动饮料等具体品种， 不包括由发酵法自身产生二氧化碳气的饮料。

成品中二氧化碳的含量（20℃时体积倍数）不低于2.0倍。在2.5-3.5之间，高倍数可口可乐在3.5-3.8左右。

二氧化碳的溶解量单位为g/L，1容积约等于2g／L。 也就是说碳酸饮料二氧化碳含量不低于4 g/L 若是按最低标准计算 一瓶500 mL饮料二氧化碳含量就是2 g 当然这个是最低值 很多是高于这个数值的 欧洲用的溶解量单位为ｇ／Ｌ，１容积约等于２ｇ/Ｌ。 例如一个容量２５０ｍｌ的汽水，如果冷水中含３倍容积的ＣＯ２，则每瓶汽水含１．５ｇ重的ＣＯ２。

我国标准是在２０℃时的容积倍数；可乐型汽水为３．０，果汁果味型为２．５。不同温度下的气容量可以根据碳酸气吸收系数表进行换算。2倍 指的是2倍大气压 . 所以2.5倍，就是2.5倍大气压。

当温度是4度时，3.47公斤，3.47Mpa 的压力的时候， 1L 可乐中 CO2的含量是6.2g （6.2克） 。
