RO membrane （膜清洗方法）cleaning method
一. 膜的污染主要有以下几种：
1. 有机物污染 ： 细菌，藻类，油脂，蛋白质....
2. 无机物污染：碳酸钙，硫酸钙，《100 ， 铁锈《0.1PPM
3. 胶体污染：浮游物，硅胶，进水要求浑浊度《1
4.生物污染： 细菌，藻类等
二. 操作标准
1. 先酸洗去钙镁污垢
2. 再碱洗去除有机物
3. 若存在微生物，需要先碱洗剥离微生物，再杀菌 加酸洗
配比 流速 温度 也要精准控制
I. The main types of membrane contamination are as follows:

3. Colloidal contamination: Suspended solids, silica gel. The influent water should have a turbidity of less than 1

II. Operating Standards
1. First, acid wash to remove calcium and magnesium dirt
2. Alkali wash again to remove organic matter
3. If there are microorganisms present, they need to be removed by alkaline washing first, followed by sterilization and acid washing
三. 清洗方案：
1. 无生物污染 清洗配方： 清洗剂，柠檬酸（C6H07）,浓度0.5-1% ， PH直：2-3 ， 温度25-40度，浸泡时间 1-2小时
2. 有机物污染清洗配方： 清洗剂 氢氧化钠（NAOH）, 浓度 0.1-0.2% ， PH直：11-12 ， 温度25-40度， 浸泡时间 1-2小时
3. 油脂污染清洗配方： 清洗剂 十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）, 浓度 0.1-0.2%, PH直:中性 , 温度25-40度， 浸泡时间 1-2小时
4. 生物污染配方 ， 清洗剂 次氯酸钠（NACI0）, 浓度 0.1-0.2%,PH直:7-8 ,温度25-40度， 浸泡时间 1-2小时
四. 反渗透膜清洗方法：
1. 预冲洗 ，正式清洗之前，先用清水 冲洗膜表面的污垢 ，冲洗时间15-30分钟。
2. 化学冲洗，把配好的清洗液，注入反渗透清洗系统中，循环1-2小时 ，清洗过程中，可以适当提高温度，提高清洗效果。
3. 漂洗 ， 清洗完成后，用清水对反渗透膜进行冲洗，去除残留清洗剂。漂洗时间一般30分钟-1小时。
4. 清洗完成后，查看反渗透运行参数，确认清洗干净。如果清洗效果不理想，可以重复清洗。
注意事项：
1.安全防护： 配带防护手套，防护眼镜，口罩和避免直接接触化学药剂。
2.药剂浓度，严格控制药剂浓度，浓度过高，会对过滤膜造成损害。
3. 定期维护，定期查看 ，系统运行参数。
III. Cleaning Plan:
1. Biology-free cleaning formula: Cleaning agent, citric acid (C6H07), concentration 0.5-1%, PH value: 2-3, temperature: 25-40 degrees, soaking time: 1-2 hours
2. Organic contamination cleaning formula: Sodium hydroxide (NAOH) cleaning agent, concentration 0.1-0.2%, PH value: 11-12, temperature: 25-40 degrees, soaking time: 1-2 hours
3. Grease contamination cleaning formula: Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) cleaning agent, concentration 0.1-0.2%, PH neutral, temperature 25-40 degrees, soaking time 1-2 hours
4. Biological contamination formula, cleaning agent sodium hypochlorite (NACI0), concentration 0.1-0.2%,PH value :7-8, temperature: 25-40 degrees, soaking time: 1-2 hours
IV. Cleaning Methods for Reverse Osmosis Membranes:
1. Pre-rinse: Before the formal cleaning, first rinse the dirt on the membrane surface with clean water for 15 to 30 minutes.
2. Chemical flushing: Inject the prepared cleaning solution into the reverse osmosis cleaning system and circulate it for 1 to 2 hours. During the cleaning process, the temperature can be appropriately increased to enhance the cleaning effect.
3. Rinse: After the cleaning is completed, rinse the reverse osmosis membrane with clean water to remove any residual cleaning agent. The rinsing time is generally 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After the cleaning is completed, check the reverse osmosis operation parameters to confirm that it has been cleaned thoroughly. If the cleaning effect is not satisfactory, it can be cleaned repeatedly.
Note:
1. Safety precautions: Wear protective gloves, protective glasses, masks and avoid direct contact with chemical agents.
2. Chemical concentration: Strictly control the chemical concentration. If it is too high, it will cause damage to the filter membrane.
3. Regular maintenance and regular inspection of system operation parameters.
