高剪切乳化的作用, 低温 白糖 和 香精化解开, 有时候高温香精可能挥发掉(70-90度)
一般罐子加热到40-60度 , 罐外层加热,可以用热水罐加热,蒸气加热
纯液体调配不要用加高剪切乳化罐
调配好,全部进入高剪切乳化罐进行高速剪切
The function of high-shear emulsification is to dissolve white sugar and flavoring at low temperatures. Sometimes, high-
temperature flavoring may evaporate.
Generally, the cans are heated to 40-50 degrees. The outer layer of the cans is heated, which can be done by using hot water
cans or steam heating. Pure liquids should not be priced higher.
After proper blending, all ingredients should be transferred into the high-shear emulsifying tank.
