HOW to use CIP system 

一般冲洗过程，第一步热水60-65度冲洗 ,第二步2%溶度的强碱冲洗， 第三步常温纯净水冲洗。

( 2% 强碱 NAOH 温度60-65度， 热水60-65度， 酸溶液在难清洗的特殊情况下使用。)

冲洗完设备后，冲洗液回流到CIP 罐子内，再次加热，对设备清洗。 一般设备都是蒸汽加热。
